Responsibilities/ Role Description:

Create visual graphical design, including typography, visual concept, composition, layout, color for websites and web applications.
Identify and express the objectivity and branding of the organization vis-a-vis the objectives through the design concepts.
Coordinate with the Technology & Content teams in evolving an appropriate UI for the online and offline applications.
Participate in the design and production of visual comps, style guides, and other graphic design documentation.

Desired Profile/ Skills:

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Advanced understanding of design principles such as color, typography, layout, and information design.
Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Dreamweaver. Working knowledge of Macromedia Flash is required.
Ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.
Should have understanding of corporate branding and the ability to generate strong concepts based on brand and business strategies.
Solid understanding of Web production process.
