Customer Relations Executive will be the first point of contact with the existing and prospective clients of the company. Enroots seeks to hire an "Executive - Customer Relations" who can realize this important contact into a fruitful business relationship.
Responsibilities/ Role Description:

Handling all PR activities such as establishing and maintaining correspondence and communication with the potential customers and existing clients.

Managing the process of lead generation and maintaining customer referrals and redressals.

Day to day coordination and maintaining meeting schedules of Marketing for Business queries.
- Responding to online and offline queries in harmony with Technology and Marketing Teams.

A minimum of 1+ years of relevant or similar experience.

Superior organizational and time management skills.

Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills.

Ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace.

Proficiency with MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point.
- Any formal training in Relationship Skill/Business Management will be a plus.
